By accessing or using the QuestrAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the App.
QuestrAI provides:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
New users receive five (5) free chats. After using all trial chats, a subscription is required to continue using the App's chat features.
Trial chats are limited to one per email address. Attempting to abuse the trial system (creating multiple accounts) may result in account suspension.
QuestrAI Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription priced at $5.99 USD (or local equivalent). Premium includes:
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to cancel:
We may change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies, typically within 14 days of purchase. We do not process refunds directly.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. QuestrAI is a productivity tool and should not be used as the sole source for critical decisions, academic work, legal matters, medical advice, or financial decisions.
You retain ownership of all content you create, scan, upload, or input into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. We do not use your User Content to train AI models.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and name "QuestrAI," is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
